At its heart is the gentle richness of Valrhona Jivara — a premium 40% milk chocolate known for its smooth, caramel-like profile. This signature chocolate is featured in both the light and fluffy Jivara genoise as well as the velvety cremeux, providing depth without overwhelming sweetness.
To complement the chocolate, we layer in a vibrant duo of blueberry jelly and house-made blueberry compote.
