Refund Policy

At Delicea Patisserie, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund in terms of store credit or replacement is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Refunds

  • Damaged item: If you receive a damaged items (e.g., melted, broken, defective) due to third-party delivery services, please contact us immediately after receiving the item. Provide a clear picture or video of the damaged item, your order number, and a breif description of the issue by emailing this information to bonjour@deliceapatisserie.com. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a partial or full refund, or replacement, depending on the circumstance. 
  • Incorrect item: If you happen to receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by providing a clear picture or video of the incorrect items along with your order number. The items must be unconsumed and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or replacement. 
  • Delivery delays: We do not issue refunds for delays caused by third-party delivery services due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Out of Stock items: In the rare case that an item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled as promised, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to choose a replacement item, receive a full refund in the form of store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations

  • Advance Cancellations: All items require a pre-order of 3 days in advance. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please notify us via WhatsApp at 017-9590986, providing your order number. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a refund in the form of store credit with no expiration date will be issued. 
  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the time they are placed.

Refund Process

  • Store Credit: For authorised cancellations or refunds, a store credit voucher with no expiration date will be given. These will be credited to the buyer's registered account, and the shop credit can be used for multiple orders until it is fully depleted.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued used of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
