Our Taro Pandan Tart is a unique dessert that beautifully combines Asian flavors with French baking techniques. It begin with a sweet almond tart shell, providing a rich and nutty base. Inside, you will find a delightful combination of pandan genoise and pandan curd, crafted using our self-blended pandan extract for an authentic taste.

The tart is then topped with a luscious taro mousse that features an insert of mascarpone Chantilly, adding a creamy richness. To finish, we cover the tart with a Mont Blanc taro paste, creating a visually stunning and flavorful layer.
