1. Hazelnut Valrhona Caraibe

A rich chocolate mousse cake with a crunchy hazelnut streusel base, dark chocolate cremeux, hazelnut sponge, and Valrhona Caraibe 66% dark chocolate mousse. Finished with a glossy chocolate glaze, roasted hazelnut, and hazelnut mascarpone Chantilly for a perfect blend of flavors and textures.

2. Lemon Tart

A refreshing dessert with a crisp almond sweer tart shell filled with tangy lemon curd. Topped with mascarpone Chantilly, a scattering of black tea jelly cubes, and garnished with candied lemon peel, this tart strikes a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

3. Taro Pandan Tart

Delight in the unique flavors of our Taro Pandan Tart, which features an almond sweet tart crust filled with pandan genoise and smooth pandan curd. Topped with creamy mascarpone Chantilly and velvety taro mousse, and adorned with candied taro and taro paste for a rich finish.

4. Strawberry Shortcake

A classic favorite made with fluffy vanilla genoise, fresh strawberries, and luscious mascarpone Chantilly. Each layer is complemented by a vibrant strawberry compote, creating a sweet and refreshing dessert experience.
